Grade 6 Canadian International School (Lakeside campus) students immersed themselves in the Plastic-Lite Singapore talk on November 28, 2018.
The highly engaging discussion, coupled with a Kahoot quiz session helped generate awareness about plastic pollution and how young children can play a role.
The CIS Grade 6 PYP teacher, Chelsea Young did an excellent job to organize 180 students in the age group of 11 to 13 year olds to get-together and learn. The CIS Environmental club has also worked hard throughout the year to reduce single-use plastic along with the school’s catering company.
